These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GTCS") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the company BRAVVO (hereinafter the "Seller") with consumers and non-professional buyers (hereinafter the "Customer"), wishing to acquire the products and services offered for sale on the website www.bravvo.com (hereinafter the "Site").

The Seller offers "Challenge Packs" (Solo or Duo) for immediate or planned use by the Customer. These packs include:
The Seller offers an annual subscription providing exclusive pricing and logistical benefits on the purchase of challenges, as well as a welcome challenge. The pricing conditions are detailed in Article 3.
The Seller offers Gift Cards allowing the beneficiary to order the challenge with a medal of their choice among those offered on the Site.Available formats:

The prices of the challenges offered on the application and the Site may vary from one challenge to another depending on their specificities. The applicable price is the one indicated on the presentation page of the challenge at the time of the validation of the order by the Customer. All prices are expressed in Euros (€) All Taxes Included (TTC).To this amount are added preparation and delivery costs, the flat-rate amount of which is clearly and legibly indicated to the Customer before the final validation of their payment.
The Customer has the possibility to subscribe to an annual "Club Bravvo" subscription at the price of €69.99 incl. tax per year. This subscription is billed in a single installment upon subscription. It is tacitly renewed for successive periods of one year, unless terminated by the Customer from their customer area before the renewal due date.
Subscription to the Club Bravvo grants the Customer, during the entire period of their active membership, the following benefits:
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products and subscriptions will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is recorded.
The Gift Card (Physical or Virtual) constitutes a means of payment allowing the acquisition of any challenge with a medal available on the Site.
Gift Cards are valid for a period of 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase.After this period, the code will be deactivated and the remaining balance will be permanently lost, without the possibility of refund or extension, the service being considered terminated due to the beneficiary's inaction.
The Gift Card is used by entering its unique code when validating the basket on the Site. It cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or credited to a bank account.
It is up to the Customer to select on the Site the Products they wish to order. The sale will only be considered valid after full payment of the price.
The price is payable in full on the day the order is placed, via secure payment (Bank Card via Stripe). The Seller does not retain any bank data.
Subscription to the Club Bravvo entails an annual automatic deduction on the anniversary date of the subscription. In accordance with the law, the Customer will be informed by email at the earliest three months and at the latest one month before the end of the period authorizing the rejection of the renewal, of the possibility not to renew their subscription.
Physical products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the order.
Virtual Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address indicated by the Customer. The Seller cannot be held responsible in the event of an error in entering the email address by the Customer.
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The Customer has 14 days to withdraw from their subscription. However, if the Customer has used their subscriber benefit by ordering their free welcome challenge during this period, the refund of the subscription (€69.99) will only be made after the return of this physical challenge (medal and original packaging) in perfect condition. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.
The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to Gift Cards (Physical and Virtual) on the express condition that the unique code of the card has not yet been used on the Site.Any use of the code before the end of the 14-day period constitutes an express waiver of the right of withdrawal, the service being fully executed.

The Seller undertakes to refund or exchange defective products (damaged medal, preparation error) at no cost to the Customer.
The content of the Site, the mobile application, the designs of the medals, and the challenges are the exclusive property of the Seller. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited. The purchase of a Pack or a Card grants a right of personal and private use only.
The nominative data collected are necessary for processing the order. They are never resold to third parties. The Customer has a right of access, modification, and deletion of their data by contacting the Seller at support@bravvo.com.
These GTCS are subject to French law.In the event of a dispute, the Customer shall first contact the Seller to obtain an amicable solution. Failing this, and in accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Consumer Code, the Customer may have free recourse to the following consumer mediator:
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these GTCS falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
