These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTCS") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the company BRAVVO (hereinafter the "Seller") with consumers and non-professional buyers (hereinafter the "Customer"), wishing to acquire the products and services offered for sale on the website www.bravvo.com (hereinafter the "Website").

The Customer declares having read these GTCS and accepted them by checking the box provided for this purpose before the implementation of the online ordering procedure.
The Seller offers "Challenge Packs" (Solo or Duo) for immediate or planned use by the Customer. These packs include:
The Seller offers Gift Cards allowing the beneficiary to order the challenge with a medal of their choice among those offered on the Website.

Products and Services are supplied at the rates in force appearing on the Website at the time the order is recorded.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The Gift Card (Physical or Virtual) constitutes a payment method allowing the acquisition of any challenge with a medal available on the Website.
Gift Cards are valid for a duration of 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase.Past this deadline, the code will be deactivated and the remaining balance will be permanently lost, without the possibility of a refund or extension, the service being considered terminated due to the beneficiary's inaction.
The Gift Card is used by entering its unique code during checkout on the Website. It cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or credited to a bank account.
It is up to the Customer to select on the Website the Products they wish to order. The sale will only be considered valid after full payment of the price.
The price is payable in full on the day the order is placed, via secure payment (Credit Card via the Stripe provider). The Seller does not store any banking data.
Physical products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the order.
Virtual Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address indicated by the Customer. The Seller cannot be held responsible in case of an error in the email address entered by the Customer.
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to Gift Cards (Physical and Virtual) on the express condition that the unique card code has not yet been used on the Website.Any use of the code before the end of the 14-day period constitutes an express waiver of the right of withdrawal, the service being fully executed.
To withdraw, the Customer must contact customer support at: support@bravvo.com.
The Products benefit by right and without additional payment:
The Seller undertakes to refund or exchange defective products (damaged medal, preparation error) at no cost to the Customer.
The content of the Website, the mobile application, the medal designs, and the challenges are the exclusive property of the Seller. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited. The purchase of a Pack or a Card confers a right of personal and private use only.
The personal data collected is necessary for processing the order. It is never sold to third parties. The Customer has a right of access, modification, and deletion of their data by contacting the Seller at support@bravvo.com.
These GTCS are subject to French law.In the event of a dispute, the Customer will first contact the Seller to obtain an amicable solution. Failing that, and in accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may refer the matter free of charge to the following consumer mediator:
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these GTCS falls within the competence of the French courts.
